////// RAMI ALOTAIBI

Urban development strategist specializing in destination development, infrastructure strategy, and sovereign-backed mega-projects. Rami advises on large-scale urban and tourism initiatives where spatial planning, infrastructure systems, governance structures, and long-term economic value must align.

His work focuses on shaping development strategies and testing development feasibility for complex projects operating within public-sector and sovereign investment environments. He works closely with executive leadership, authorities, and multidisciplinary consultant teams to frame strategic development options and guide decisions that impact long-term economic development.

With international experience across the Middle East, the United States, and China, Rami has contributed to several of the region’s most ambitious development programs. His expertise sits at the intersection of urban planning, infrastructure strategy, destination development, and public sector advisory, supporting decision-making on projects where scale, governance complexity, and investment risk are significant.

Earlier in his career he held design and strategy roles at internationally recognized firms including Morphosis and Gensler, contributing to major urban developments and technology campus ecosystems for global organizations including Google, Meta, and NVIDIA.
